From its humble beginning 20 years ago with 3 employees in the founder’s garage, Fox Transportation Inc. has evolved to employ over 700 employees including Drivers, Logistics, Management, Operational and Clerical personnel. It now serves some of the nations top shippers and manufacturers, including many Fortune 500 companies. Fox Transportation operates in 5 States using 15 docks, making 7,000 deliveries per day with Class A Tractors, Class B Straight Trucks, Class C Parcel and Cargo Vans and several hundred 53’ trailers.
Fox Transportation is family owned and operated with its owners: Michael Fox (CEO), Mary Anne Fox (CFO), and David Langrehr (Sr. VP) actively involved every day. We are not too small to provide extensive service to our customers, nor are we too big that Customers and drivers do not get to know the owners on a personal level. This level of personal commitment by the owners provides a unique level of service to customers and a special family relationship with its drivers.
Fox Transportation employs some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated transportation associates in the logistics and transportation industry. Many employees and drivers have been with us for its entire 20 year history. This is especially unique in today’s environment where employee turnover is quick and drivers move from company to company several times a year. Drivers like Juan Coronado and Bob Hassis and employees like Lynda Calderalla and Bob Nevarez have been with the company 18-20 years. A testament that we treat our employees and drivers with respect and commitment to a long-term relationship.
Our customers are another important asset. We strive to provide the best possible pricing with the most efficient service, but equally important is our commitment to fair business practices. As a result, we have many customers who have continued business with us for 15-20 years. In today’s competitive environment, we believe that this is also a testament to the strong relationships built on service and pricing with our commitment to quality, integrity and honesty.
